We accept payments through the following secure channels:Credit/Debit CardsUPI/Net Banking/Wallets/Other payment gateways (as available on the website). All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings for consultations, reports, or events must be paid for in advance.You will receive a confirmation email after a successful payment.Please ensure that you provide accurate details (including birth details) at the time of booking.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.We reserve the right to update prices or service offerings at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of astrology services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
You are charged twice for the same service.
Your session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled.
You made a payment but did not receive any confirmation or service within the expected timeframe.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at acharyaashoknarayann@gmail.com.

5. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation from our side.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations by the client will not be eligible for a refund. If a session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
